We're looking for a top-tier customer support manager with extensive experience in SaaS customer experience and process. This critical role will work closely with the Head of Campaigns to ensure thousands of users are able to successfully learn and use Numinar.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing our support documentation and processes
  • Managing our Intercom customer service platform
  • Synthesizing customer feedback into product strategy
  • Implementing reporting and processes to measure customer health scores

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in mature customer experience orgs

  • You have data or software technical experience
  • You can relocate to our HQ in Washington, D.C.
