Growth Strategist (Political)

Numinar is a voter data platform that uses AI to synthesize a campaign's data, analytics, and outreach into a winning data-driven strategy. Our software has powered over 2,000 political campaigns to date and we are constantly obsessed with pushing the frontier of how data and technology can help win elections.

We're looking for a top-tier Growth Strategist with extensive experience in political campaigns and a strong industry network to contribute to Numinar’s business development and go-to-market execution. This critical role will work closely with the Head of Growth to drive  Numinar’s exponential growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales pipeline of political campaigns, caucuses, PACs, and advocacy groups
• Develop and leverage a strong network of political campaign operatives, consultants, and party leadership.
• Leverage knowledge of the political environment to create opportunities for growth
• Attend industry events at the state and national levels to build out Numinar's brand presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 - 10 years experience in political campaigns, committees, PACs or other organizations
• Self-motivated with a passion for the future of political technology
