Numinar is a political technology company leveraging artificial intelligence and software to help political candidates win data-driven campaigns. We've served almost 1,000 campaigns to date and are constantly shipping innovative new features and products.
We're looking for a top-tier Head of Engineering with extensive experience building and scaling products who can help manage our engineering team and own our product roadmap while also writing code as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Full stack engineering on a React Typescript, FastAPI Python, Rust, and PostgreSQL stack
• Managing our cloud infrastructure in AWS
• Building production machine learning pipelines to generate statistical models
• Developing our iOS and Android mobile app with React Native
• Scaling our backend and database to support millions of voter contacts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience in software engineering and engineering management
• Familiarity with our technical stack

Bonus Points

• You have held management roles in mature engineering orgs
• You are an expert in cross-platform mobile development
• You can relocate to our HQ in Washington, D.C.
